Two Rivers can accommodate up to 130 guests for a seated reception with space for a dance floor in the sanctuary.

Because guest count affects everything from your floor plan to the flow of the evening, we’ll help you think through the layout that makes the most sense for your celebration.

Your venue rental includes exclusive access to the venue during your event, use of all facilities and event spaces on-property, tables and chairs, venue staff, on-site parking and more.

No, we don’t require you to use specific vendors, and we don’t have a food and beverage minimum. You’re welcome to choose the licensed and insured vendors who best fit your vision, priorities, and budget. 

We also provide recommendations for vendors we know and trust if you’d like them. Our preferred vendors earn their place on our list through their work and service, not by paying to be included. We don’t accept referral fees or mark up their pricing.

A typical wedding-day rental includes exclusive use of Two Rivers from 10 AM to 11 PM. Celebrations conclude at 10 PM, followed by a one-hour load-out period during which all personal belongings and vendor equipment must be removed. The Two Rivers team handles all trash and venue cleanup to make the load-out period as straightforward and stress-free as possible!

Planning something a little different? Earlier ceremonies, ceremony-only celebrations, reception-only events, and customized timelines may be available. Tell us what you have in mind!

Ceremonies and receptions take place in the sanctuary of our restored 1946 chapel. After the ceremony, your guests will move into the cocktail lounge and outdoor patio while our team and your vendors transform the sanctuary for your reception.

Because the sanctuary transitions from ceremony to reception in one hour, some reception designs may require additional setup considerations. We’re happy to discuss your vision and determine what will work best within the space and timeline.

A Two Rivers venue manager will be on-site throughout your event to oversee the property, manage venue logistics, answer questions, troubleshoot anything related to the venue, and work alongside your planner, coordinator, and vendor team.

Our team also handles the transition of the tables and chairs in the sanctuary from your ceremony layout to your reception layout when applicable.

Your venue manager is not a replacement for a wedding planner or coordinator, but you won’t be left wondering who to call when you need something from the venue.

While we do not require clients to work with a coordinator and/or planner, we highly recommend these services to make your wedding day as smooth as possible.

At a minimum, we strongly recommend hiring a day-of coordinator.

We have a private parking lot available for your use with handicap spaces. Any overflow is welcome to use public parking throughout the town, and the nearby Toccoa River Park, all within walking distance!

Yes! We have accessible parking, venue entrances and restrooms. If you have any specific needs, please reach out and we are happy to discuss any accommodations we can make to ensure every guest has an amazing experience.

We’ll provide you with a curated list of nearby hotels, cabins, and vacation rentals, including special rates for Two Rivers clients and their guests with select accommodation partners.

We especially love when couples turn their wedding into a weekend here. Downtown McCaysville, Copperhill, and Blue Ridge, local restaurants and breweries, wineries, and the surrounding mountains and rivers give your guests plenty to experience before and after the celebration!
